By downloading, installing, or using Tijarati Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Tijarati Pro is a business management application that provides inventory management, invoicing, client management, barcode scanning, and related business tools.

3. Subscription Termsشروط الاشتراك
Free Trial
- New users receive a 14-day free trial of Pro features.
- No payment is required during the trial period.
- You can cancel anytime during the trial without charges.

Paid Subscriptions
- Monthly and yearly subscription plans are available.
- Subscriptions are charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Renewal charges occur within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Cancellation & Refunds
- You can cancel anytime through your App Store or Google Play account.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No refunds are provided for partial periods.
- You continue to have access to Pro features until the end of the paid period.

4. User Responsibilitiesمسؤوليات المستخدم
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
- All activities under your account.
- Notifying us of any unauthorized use.
- The accuracy of data you enter into the App.

5. Acceptable Useالاستخدام المقبول
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Upload malicious code or viruses.
- Interfere with other users' use of the App.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
أنت توافق على عدم:

- Your data is stored securely in the cloud.
- You retain ownership of all data you input.
- We collect only information necessary to provide services.

- The App and its content are owned by Tijarati Pro.
- The App is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the App.
- Your license terminates if you violate these terms.

- التطبيق محمي بموجب قوانين حقوق النشر والعلامات التجارية.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TIJARATI PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
